# Nowsta vs Schedule

The clearest difference is rating: Nowsta at 4.2 against Schedule's 3.7. Nowsta also leads on ratings volume (832 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Schedule's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 37%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nowsta holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nowsta has 832 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Nowsta's written reviews are positive against 50% of Schedule's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nowsta ships an update every 2 weeks, Schedule every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
