# Crescent Heights vs Condo Hunter

Crescent Heights and Condo Hunter both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Condo Hunter's written reviews are positive against 63% of Crescent Heights's. Condo Hunter also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (14.7 vs 16.0). Crescent Heights's advantage is ratings volume (903 vs 11). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Crescent Heights holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crescent Heights has 903 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Crescent Heights's written reviews are positive against 100% of Condo Hunter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Crescent Heights ships an update every 5 weeks, Condo Hunter every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
