# Beat 14 vs Neon Draw

The clearest difference is ads: Neon Draw at none against Beat 14's shown. Neon Draw also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 6 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Beat 14's advantage is ratings volume (117 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beat 14 sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Neon Draw sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Neon Draw holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beat 14 has 117 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Beat 14 ships an update every 6 months, Neon Draw every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
