# Ask for Amazon Alexa App vs Driver4VR

The clearest difference is rating: Ask for Amazon Alexa App at 4.1 against Driver4VR's 3.5. Driver4VR's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ask for Amazon Alexa App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Driver4VR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ask for Amazon Alexa App holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 417 and 458 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Ask for Amazon Alexa App's written reviews are positive against 47% of Driver4VR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ask for Amazon Alexa App ships an update every 2 months, Driver4VR every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
