# pliability vs Friendly Competitions

The clearest difference is rating: pliability at 4.8 against Friendly Competitions's 3.6. pliability also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 7) and device support (3 vs 1). Friendly Competitions's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (60% vs 41%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. pliability sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Friendly Competitions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

pliability holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: pliability has 10K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of pliability's written reviews are positive against 60% of Friendly Competitions's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

pliability ships an update every 5 days, Friendly Competitions every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
