# Hidden msg vs RHD Light

The clearest difference is rating: RHD Light at 3.0 against Hidden msg's 2.3. Hidden msg's advantage is review sentiment (14% vs 0%) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RHD Light holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hidden msg has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Hidden msg's written reviews are positive against 0% of RHD Light's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
