# DoodleConnect vs WeThoong

The clearest difference is rating: DoodleConnect at 4.7 against WeThoong's 3.7. DoodleConnect also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (56 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DoodleConnect holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DoodleConnect has 56 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of DoodleConnect's written reviews are positive against 60% of WeThoong's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
