# Mosaic Remote vs Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mosaic Remote at none against Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts's 4. Mosaic Remote also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 66%) and iOS requirement (10.1 vs 14.5). Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts's advantage is ratings volume (435 vs 5) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Mosaic Remote asks for nothing beyond the download.

Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts has 435 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Mosaic Remote's written reviews are positive against 66% of Toolbox Pro for Shortcuts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
