# Sou UPF vs Stift

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Stift at 88% against Sou UPF's 33%. Stift also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Sou UPF's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sou UPF holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Sou UPF's written reviews are positive against 88% of Stift's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
