# Pixabay vs B

The clearest difference is review sentiment: B at 100% against Pixabay's 57%. B also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). Pixabay's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 22). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pixabay holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pixabay has 1.6K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Pixabay's written reviews are positive against 100% of B's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pixabay ships an update every 2 months, B every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
