# Tripmasters vs Jouvert Central

The clearest difference is ads: Tripmasters at none against Jouvert Central's shown. Tripmasters also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 2) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Jouvert Central's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Tripmasters against 5.0 for Jouvert Central. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tripmasters has 3.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tripmasters ships an update every 2 months, Jouvert Central every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
