# Tripmasters vs Snap&Save

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tripmasters at none against Snap&Save's 2. Tripmasters also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.5). Snap&Save's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snap&Save sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Tripmasters asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Tripmasters against 5.0 for Snap&Save. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tripmasters has 3.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tripmasters ships an update every 2 months, Snap&Save every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
