# For Freedom vs Three Kingdoms

The clearest difference is rating: Three Kingdoms at 4.6 against For Freedom's 2.3. Three Kingdoms also leads on ratings volume (400 vs 9). For Freedom's advantage is iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. For Freedom sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Three Kingdoms sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Three Kingdoms holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Three Kingdoms has 400 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of For Freedom's written reviews are positive against 23% of Three Kingdoms's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
