# JARVISH vs Variometer+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Variometer+ at 89% against JARVISH's 41%. Variometer+ also leads on ratings volume (27 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). JARVISH's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Variometer+ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. JARVISH asks for nothing beyond the download.

JARVISH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Variometer+ has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of JARVISH's written reviews are positive against 89% of Variometer+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

JARVISH ships an update monthly, Variometer+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
