# WebBoost for SEO vs rankingCoach

The clearest difference is rating: WebBoost for SEO at 2.5 against rankingCoach's 1.0. WebBoost for SEO also leads on ratings volume (30 vs 2) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.4). rankingCoach's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and review sentiment (83% vs 61%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WebBoost for SEO sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. rankingCoach asks for nothing beyond the download.

WebBoost for SEO holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WebBoost for SEO has 30 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of WebBoost for SEO's written reviews are positive against 83% of rankingCoach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WebBoost for SEO ships an update every 4 months, rankingCoach every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
