# MyNote vs ProCorder

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MyNote at none against ProCorder's 6. MyNote also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (54 vs 11). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProCorder sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. MyNote asks for nothing beyond the download.

MyNote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 54 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of MyNote's written reviews are positive against 83% of ProCorder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyNote ships an update monthly, ProCorder every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
