# Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet vs Tiny Paint

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tiny Paint at 81% against Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet's 46%. Tiny Paint also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and device support (3 vs 1). Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (3.8K vs 526). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Tiny Paint sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 6 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet has 3.8K ratings behind it against 526, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet's written reviews are positive against 81% of Tiny Paint's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet ships an update every 3 months, Tiny Paint monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
