# HOTWORX vs SITC App

The clearest difference is ratings volume: HOTWORX at 31K against SITC App's 1. HOTWORX also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and chart position (#183 vs unranked). SITC App's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SITC App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HOTWORX has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HOTWORX ships an update fortnightly, SITC App every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
