# Dot Blocks! vs B&J

The clearest difference is rating: B&J at 5.0 against Dot Blocks!'s 4.3. B&J also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 49 months). Dot Blocks!'s advantage is ratings volume (888 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dot Blocks! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and B&J sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
