# Flex IPTV vs NexTv

The clearest difference is rating: Flex IPTV at 4.4 against NexTv's 1.7. NexTv's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.4). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flex IPTV sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and NexTv sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flex IPTV holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Flex IPTV's written reviews are positive against 53% of NexTv's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flex IPTV ships an update every 2 months, NexTv every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
