# Perifit Care vs MIDTOWN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MIDTOWN at none against Perifit Care's 2. Perifit Care's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (4.4K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Perifit Care sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. MIDTOWN asks for nothing beyond the download.

MIDTOWN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perifit Care has 4.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Perifit Care ships an update fortnightly, MIDTOWN every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
