The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BloomSense at none against Perifit Care's 2. Perifit Care's advantage is ratings volume (4.4K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Perifit Care sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. BloomSense asks for nothing beyond the download.

BloomSense holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perifit Care has 4.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
