# Uber Freight vs Onward Delivery

The clearest difference is rating: Uber Freight at 4.8 against Onward Delivery's 3.9. Uber Freight also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 100) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Onward Delivery's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 27%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Uber Freight holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Uber Freight has 13K ratings behind it against 100, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Uber Freight's written reviews are positive against 50% of Onward Delivery's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Uber Freight ships an update fortnightly, Onward Delivery every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
