# PolyWall vs Live

PolyWall and Live both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PolyWall's written reviews are positive against 63% of Live's. PolyWall also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Live's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (246 vs 23). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for PolyWall against 4.7 for Live. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live has 246 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of PolyWall's written reviews are positive against 63% of Live's.

PolyWall ships an update every 6 months, Live every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
