# SoCo Sport vs USSSA

The clearest difference is update cadence: USSSA at every 3 weeks against SoCo Sport's every 24 months. USSSA also leads on ratings volume (31K vs 5). SoCo Sport's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SoCo Sport against 4.9 for USSSA. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: USSSA has 31K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SoCo Sport ships an update every 24 months, USSSA every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
