# LZControl vs Kentucky Fire Commission

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Kentucky Fire Commission at 100% against LZControl's 50%. LZControl's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LZControl holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of LZControl's written reviews are positive against 100% of Kentucky Fire Commission's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LZControl ships an update every 2 weeks, Kentucky Fire Commission every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
