# IDOLCHAMP vs Beyond LIVE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IDOLCHAMP at 65% against Beyond LIVE's 20%. IDOLCHAMP also leads on ratings volume (904 vs 31) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Beyond LIVE's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 13) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IDOLCHAMP sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $8.49 per month. Beyond LIVE asks for nothing beyond the download.

Beyond LIVE holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IDOLCHAMP has 904 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of IDOLCHAMP's written reviews are positive against 20% of Beyond LIVE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IDOLCHAMP ships an update every 2 weeks, Beyond LIVE every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
