# FACED vs Face Cap

The clearest difference is rating: FACED at 4.9 against Face Cap's 4.3. FACED also leads on review sentiment (82% vs 65%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). Face Cap's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 14). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FACED sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Face Cap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FACED holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Face Cap has 139 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of FACED's written reviews are positive against 65% of Face Cap's.
