# ABAI CE Scanner vs ABA Wizard

The clearest difference is price: ABAI CE Scanner at Free against ABA Wizard's $14.99. ABA Wizard's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (3.9K vs 2). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

ABAI CE Scanner is free to download; ABA Wizard costs $14.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ABA Wizard holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ABA Wizard has 3.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
