# Weekly Planner vs SerenityLists

The clearest difference is ads: Weekly Planner at none against SerenityLists's shown. SerenityLists's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weekly Planner sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and SerenityLists sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weekly Planner ships an update every 3 weeks, SerenityLists every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
