# Coursicle vs Profesy

Coursicle and Profesy both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Profesy's written reviews are positive against 38% of Coursicle's. Profesy also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). Coursicle's advantage is ratings volume (749 vs 29) and chart position (#178 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Coursicle sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Profesy asks for nothing beyond the download.

Profesy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coursicle has 749 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two.
