# Sherwin vs VendorGo

The clearest difference is monetization model: VendorGo at free against Sherwin's free with in-app purchases. VendorGo also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Sherwin's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VendorGo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sherwin has 14K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sherwin ships an update fortnightly, VendorGo every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
