# Sherwin vs Inspectagram

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Inspectagram at 94% against Sherwin's 40%. Sherwin's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inspectagram sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $119.99 per month. Sherwin asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sherwin holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sherwin has 14K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Sherwin's written reviews are positive against 94% of Inspectagram's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
