# Volt vs Tacoma Select

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tacoma Select at none against Volt's 10. Tacoma Select also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). Volt's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Volt sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Tacoma Select asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tacoma Select holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Volt has 17K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
