# Lightning Lens vs PriBum

The clearest difference is ads: Lightning Lens at none against PriBum's shown. Lightning Lens also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). PriBum's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lightning Lens sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PriBum sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lightning Lens ships an update every 5 months, PriBum every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
