# Car Light vs ORACLE ColorSHIFT Pro

The clearest difference is rating: ORACLE ColorSHIFT Pro at 2.3 against Car Light's 1.8. Car Light's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (72 vs 22). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ORACLE ColorSHIFT Pro holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 72 and 22 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Car Light's written reviews are positive against 17% of ORACLE ColorSHIFT Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Car Light ships an update every 2 months, ORACLE ColorSHIFT Pro every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
