# upGrad vs RMHS Heals

The clearest difference is update cadence: upGrad at every 2 weeks against RMHS Heals's every 8 months. upGrad also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. upGrad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RMHS Heals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
