# InstructorPal vs YogLifer

The clearest difference is update cadence: InstructorPal at every 2 weeks against YogLifer's every 5 weeks. InstructorPal also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InstructorPal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and YogLifer sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

InstructorPal ships an update every 2 weeks, YogLifer every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
