The clearest difference is ads: PhoGo Express at none against Friendly’s Restaurant's shown. PhoGo Express also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Friendly’s Restaurant's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
