# Green Commuter vs Envoy Mobility

The clearest difference is rating: Green Commuter at 3.4 against Envoy Mobility's 2.9. Green Commuter also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Envoy Mobility's advantage is ratings volume (61 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Green Commuter holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Envoy Mobility has 61 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Green Commuter's written reviews are positive against 40% of Envoy Mobility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Green Commuter ships an update every 5 weeks, Envoy Mobility monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
