# Overdrive Raceway vs ADFG

Overdrive Raceway and ADFG both sit at 2.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 23% of ADFG's written reviews are positive against 0% of Overdrive Raceway's. ADFG also leads on ratings volume (100 vs 9). Overdrive Raceway's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 14.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Overdrive Raceway holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ADFG has 100 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Overdrive Raceway's written reviews are positive against 23% of ADFG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Overdrive Raceway ships an update fortnightly, ADFG every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
