# Condos Only vs GoRockyHill

The clearest difference is rating: GoRockyHill at 5.0 against Condos Only's 4.3. Condos Only's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1) and device support. On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GoRockyHill holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Condos Only has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
