# SL Calendar vs Drip

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SL Calendar at none against Drip's 1. Drip's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drip sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SL Calendar asks for nothing beyond the download.

SL Calendar ships an update every 9 months, Drip every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
