The clearest difference is rating: Eventat at 4.2 against Ambition's 3.9. Eventat also leads on ratings volume (106 vs 29). Ambition's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Eventat holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 106 and 29 respectively.
