# OurTenant vs Ailo

The clearest difference is rating: Ailo at 4.2 against OurTenant's 2.3. Ailo also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (34 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ailo holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ailo has 34 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of OurTenant's written reviews are positive against 6% of Ailo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OurTenant ships an update every 2 months, Ailo every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
