# SoundForest vs Audanika

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SoundForest at 449 against Audanika's 27. SoundForest also leads on review sentiment (68% vs 54%) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SoundForest sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Audanika sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.2 for SoundForest against 4.1 for Audanika. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SoundForest has 449 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of SoundForest's written reviews are positive against 54% of Audanika's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
