# Pour Cost vs Taiv

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Taiv at none against Pour Cost's 1. Taiv also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%). Pour Cost's advantage is ratings volume (224 vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pour Cost sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Taiv asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Pour Cost against 5.0 for Taiv. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pour Cost has 224 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of Pour Cost's written reviews are positive against 100% of Taiv's.

Pour Cost ships an update every 3 months, Taiv every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
