# SherMatch+ vs PittSMART

The clearest difference is rating: SherMatch+ at 4.7 against PittSMART's 3.5. SherMatch+ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (6.9K vs 2). PittSMART's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (50% vs 27%). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SherMatch+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. PittSMART asks for nothing beyond the download.

SherMatch+ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SherMatch+ has 6.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of SherMatch+'s written reviews are positive against 50% of PittSMART's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SherMatch+ ships an update every 2 months, PittSMART every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
