# SherMatch+ vs Sun Mapper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SherMatch+ at 26% against Sun Mapper's 0%. SherMatch+ also leads on ratings volume (6.8K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). Sun Mapper's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SherMatch+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Sun Mapper sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sun Mapper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SherMatch+ has 6.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of SherMatch+'s written reviews are positive against 0% of Sun Mapper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SherMatch+ ships an update every 2 months, Sun Mapper every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
