# Snackpass vs BayLeaf Cooking

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BayLeaf Cooking at 100% against Snackpass's 26%. BayLeaf Cooking also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Snackpass's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 20) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BayLeaf Cooking holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snackpass has 10K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two.
